Bob is bi-lingual English - Spanish, and lived in Mexico for a total of 14 years.
Throughout his long career in the hardware home center industry, he received specialized training in all aspects of caring for a home. Much of the training coming directly from the manufactures of home improvement products, electrical, plumbing and painting companies. This experience has proven to be the ideal education for a future REALTOR®, when we say "Bob Knows Houses" this is truly an understatement. He has built homes, condos and apartments from the ground up, doing cement work, electrical, plumbing, drywall and carpentry work both framing and finish. He has painted professionally on interior and exterior of homes. He can spot potential problems in older homes and knows when something is not that serious and can be easily repaired. This is very valuable information to home buyers and sellers, saving you time and money.
